What guides your approach to design?

My approach is rooted in research, context, and intention. With a background spanning architecture, robotics, and human-computer interaction, I’ve learned that every design must respond to its environment and its users. I begin with thorough research—understanding constraints, user behavior, and system logic—and translate those insights into clear, functional, and cohesive outcomes. Good design isn’t just beautiful; it’s purposeful, empowering, and seamless.

What kinds of roles or projects excite you most right now?

I’m most excited by Product and UX Design roles that involve enhancing and evolving a core, complex product. I’m passionate about diving deep into product strategy to research and define new functions and features that create measurable value and long-term impact—whether within a dynamic startup or a large-scale ecosystem.

How do you approach collaboration and feedback?

Collaboration has been central throughout my degrees and professional experience—partnering with designers, PMs, and developers to align vision and execution. I value open communication, documentation, and clear presentation. Feedback is an essential part of my process; it helps refine direction quickly and strengthens outcomes through disciplined iteration.

How do you integrate AI and emerging tools into your workflow?

I collaborate with AI tools like GPT, Codex, and Base44—not as replacements for design thinking, but as catalysts for faster ideation, iteration, and efficiency. I view AI as a partner in exploration, particularly in research analysis and prototyping. The key is strong prompting and discernment—knowing where these tools add value, and where human insight must lead.

What do you consider your biggest strength as a designer?

My interdisciplinary background. I combine architectural systems thinking with UX research depth and product-level reasoning. This allows me to bridge research and execution—from conceptual strategy and prototyping through to scalable, production-ready design systems.

What kind of impact do you hope your work has on users?

My goal is to make complex products feel effortless—to reduce friction and give users clarity. Even the smallest component or micro-interaction should serve a clear purpose, improving workflow and empowering users to focus on what matters most.
